Payment and Fees

We provide competitive and affordable rates for our legal services. We understand the importance of access to justice and availability of legal service to our clients , and to that end, we strive to keep our fees affordable. We do so by using a client-focused and modern approach to providing legal services and ensure our prices reflect our high quality of service. 

We provide flat fees for the convenience of our clients and this allows you to plan your immigration project, budgeting accordingly and to set aside for legal fees. We assure our clients that our fees are reasonable and fair, for their peace of mind in their immigration plans.

Exceptions may apply and our fees may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the case. Our professional fees do not include HST,  government fees and disbursements, which need to be paid separately.

Legal Consultation : 

15 mintutes : Free

15-30 minutes : :  $65 CAD plus 13% H.S.T
